Located in Southwest Missouri, this hospital provides excellent opportunities for repeat assignments throughout the year. Shifts are 12 hours. 36 inpatient beds with 5 combo ICU beds. No critical care, no ICU coverage, very rare vent management and ER coverage is for code blue back up only. Board Certified or Board Eligible candidates with Hospitalist experience will be considered.

Average census is 12-15 patients per day. Closed ICU. 8 Hospitalists on day shift and 2 Hospitalists on night shift. 3-4 weeks for credentialing. Primarily rounding. Full specialty backup. No procedures required.

Board Certified or Board Eligible within 1 year. Will look at Internal Medicine or Family Practice with extensive Hospitalist experience. Will take non-licensed candidates; license takes about 2 months to obtain. Will accept new grads. ACLS and BLS certifications required; may be completed during the credentialing process.
